PAYMENT TERMS

50 % of the total package price is required to confirm your reservation. The balance of this amount must be received 48 hours prior to the start of our services.
For clients out side of Brazil, we recommend that the payment be made through a Bank Wire/Cable, or for your convenience, send us a Money Transfer via a Western Union Office near you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation :

   1) Prior to 15 days before depature_refund less 20% of the Package Value.
   2) Between 14 -7 days before departure_refund less 50% of Package Value.
   3) Within 6 to 2 days before departure _ there will be No Refund, but 75% of the Package Value, if
        already paid, can be applied to a future booking with travel to be completed before the end of
       12 months.
   4) Within 48 hours there will be absolutely No Refund.

DISCLAIMER

Seasonal conditions may cause closure to some areas. This is beyond our control. Our itineraries are flexible and at the guides discretion. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances. TerraxLand does not accept any responsibility for any personal loss or damage arising from any situation.
